We are an online E-commerce set up. This allows us to keep our costs lower and provide more competitive priced products for our customers. We stand by our ethical and professional values by donating 5% of the purchases to a medical and dental charitable cause.

Ordering on the website is fast and easy. By completing the registration form, an account will be created instantly, and you will be able to see prices and place orders. Payment can be made with all major credit cards. Please note that all orders must be paid for in full at checkout in order to dispatch your order. Once registered we will regularly contact you as regards to promotions and exclusive products.

Once you have registered, full access will be granted. Please do note that the price displayed will be without if applicable duty and delivery. If the order is overseas then the purchaser is responsible for the relevant duty costs for the goods purchased. If for any reason an item is to be returned or refunded we ask for an initial enquiry to be emailed for approval. No returns or refund will be accepted unless it is approved. At E-Medical we can only allow for returns and refund once approved if the items have not been opened and in the exact delivered condition. All postage and delivery costs are the purchaser's responsibility.
